Manufacturing of toys is all about fixing standards, finalizing materials and sticking with them for long term because any change would cost more to get the product lab-tested again, market-test it. During the COVID-pandemic, when the raw material prices rose by 25-40% and our manufacturing costs went up by 15%, we were able to offer our selected products at 11% lower than the previous prices (on a special request from a buyer) after we tweaked the packaging of the product to a simpler one. The sales of the buyer grew and we have a client who is happy!

Real-life example
An issue arose about a shipment from the buyer where they encountered a problem with some carton packaging. To give them proof, our team showed them photo proofs of what the goods looked like exactly before they were dispatched beause we keep the same for our records. To find this entry in the system, our team took less than 30 seconds. The buyers concerns were answered and the problem was diagnosed within a minute.

A majority of the brands (whether established or new age) outsource their manufacturing from partners. Another approach is brands choose factories & the producst that those factories are manufacturing, and then create a well-thought product around the same.

client wanted us to develop a product (exclusively for them) which was a combination of 4 of our existing products. The client also wanted to sell the product with the price of one. Believe it or not, we made it possible. We developed the product for them within 17 days that was functional and fulfilled all their requirements."
Final consequence : With our unique business model, we have been able to sell our products to retailers, distributors, brands, wholesalers, etc. On top of this, the products we have manufactured have been sold at hyper retail chain, discount stores, high-end retailers as well as toy-speciality shops.
